We currently ship within the United States only—we're working on expanding to more locations in the future!

If you're outside the US, please check back with us soon as we hope to serve more regions.

Getting Your Order Ready

Processing Time:

  • We typically get your order packed and ready to ship within 1-2 business days after your payment goes through
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will start processing the next business day
  • During busy periods (like sales or holidays), it might take a little longer, but we'll keep you updated!

Delivery Times & Methods

  • Standard shipping for all orders
  • Estimated delivery: 2-5 business days after we ship it out
  • We work with reliable carriers to get your product to you as quickly as possible

Please note: These are our best estimates based on typical delivery times, but sometimes carriers experience delays that are beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and order details
  • We try to keep shipping costs as reasonable as possible
  • Keep an eye out for free shipping promotions—we love offering these when we can!

Making Sure Your Package Finds You

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout—we want to make sure your product gets to the right place!

If there's an issue with the address you provided and your package gets returned to us:

  • We're happy to help you get it reshipped
  • You'll just need to cover the reshipping costs
  • If you'd prefer not to reship, we understand, though we won't be able to refund the original shipping fee

Responsibility & Risk

Once we hand your package over to our shipping carrier, they take responsibility for getting it to you safely. If something happens during shipping (like loss or damage), you'll need to file a claim directly with the carrier—but don't worry, we're here to help guide you through that process if needed!

If Something Goes Wrong

Lost or damaged packages:

  • If your package goes missing or arrives damaged, please contact the carrier first to file a claim
  • We don't purchase insurance on shipments, but we're always here to help you navigate the process
  • If the problem was our fault (wrong item, defective product, etc.), we'll absolutely make it right!

Product Availability

We do our best to keep everything in stock, but occasionally we might run out. If that happens:

  • We'll email you right away to let you know
  • We'll issue a full refund for the unavailable item
  • Or we'll work with you on an alternative solution
