How subscriptions work:
- You'll receive regular deliveries based on how often you choose (monthly, quarterly, etc.)
- We securely store your payment info and charge you for each delivery
- Some subscriptions automatically renew when they end—but you're always in control!
Managing your subscription is super easy:
- Want to make changes or cancel? You can do this anytime—no hassles, no waiting periods
- Find your subscription: Check your order confirmation emails for quick links to manage everything
- Complete control: Pause, change frequency, or cancel whenever you need to

Pre-Orders - Get It First!
How pre-orders work: When you pre-order, you're securing an item that's either out of stock or launching soon. Here's what to expect:
- We might collect no payment upfront, or just ask for a small deposit
- Your payment method is safely stored for when the item is ready
- We'll charge the full amount (or remaining balance) when we ship your order
Pre-order flexibility:
- Before we ship: You can cancel anytime with no worries—we totally understand plans change!
- After we ship: You can't cancel anymore, but our friendly return policy still applies if you need to return the item
