• Some subscriptions automatically renew when they end—but you're always in control!

• Want to make changes or cancel? You can do this anytime—no hassles, no waiting periods

• Complete control: Pause, change frequency, or cancel whenever you need to

Pre-Orders - Get It First!

How pre-orders work: When you pre-order, you're securing an item that's either out of stock or launching soon. Here's what to expect:

• We might collect no payment upfront, or just ask for a small deposit
• Your payment method is safely stored for when the item is ready
• We'll charge the full amount (or remaining balance) when we ship your order

Pre-order flexibility:

• Before we ship: You can cancel anytime with no worries—we totally understand plans change!
• After we ship: You can't cancel anymore, but our friendly return policy still applies if you need to return the item
